Return Process

  Place the TYMO tool in its original packaging along with all included accessories and documentation to ensure safe transit back to our facility.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of authorization.

  Receive Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
